Once the contract was signed contact from salesman was zero. Contact was only made in reply to my emails regarding installation and by reply email.
System was installed 16/1/12 and as of this date I have had no contact from Halcol or ergon.
Very poor customer service. I paid on day of installation, wish I had witheld it untill all meters were in place, Halcol would have contacted me real quick.
Not happy. |
