| Mark Group are definitely a professional company to deal with. Had an issue with installation, but this was promptly and effectively dealt with by the company. Also, spent 10 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative who talked me through the operation of the inverter and smart meter when there was no obligation on his part to do so - Excellent service. |
