There is an over reliance on Google Earth instead of on site assessment. I was told what I had proposed would not fit on my roof after I had paid a deposit but before a proper on site assessment had been made. After I questioned this a representative got on the roof and took measurements. He also inspected the roof cavity and confirmed that the proposed installation would fit. When installation was carried out under senior company supervision it was found that the 5 panels could be installed in one row and I could have installed at least one and possibly two more panels above.
Customer service after the earlier problem was excellent. Value for money and quality has not been rated yet as the system was only installed two days ago. |
