| The other two just sent price via email for a heap of systems whereas the mark group contacted us to come and see us and disscus our needs and advise us of the best options for what we wanted to do.
We also bought solar hot water as well as panels.
The way in which the mark group presented themselves and lisitened to what we were after and trying to do by going solar was outstanding. I would recomend them to all. |

I would recommend the mark group to all very happy with their service and communication which was outstanding.
In a company that seems very rare these days and a pleasure to find a company priding themselves on customer service.
The other guys couldn't be bothered to even find out what we wanted and why we wanted it the quotes they sent where all very confusing to someone who didn't fully understand solar and the difference in panels with no real explanation why we should spend $1000 or $20000 on their systems. |
