Biggest issue is that all these guys seem overpowered with work, therefore long lead times and poor communications. They did bend over backward to get an earlier installation than the original 4 months quoted, but post installation communication and processes to get grid connected etc were woeful. Understand they are busy, but a bit of customer focus would help! But it's all in and working and, to a great extent a very easy and transparent experience.
