I found that several of the Sales Persons were well versed in the technical details. I was able to compare value for money. Found the terms of trading varied and one wanted 80% before installation. After the Clive Peters debacle I wouldn't buy that one. Found that all of your suggested contacts acted promptly. Have not installed yet so can't comment Installation. I have confidence in Nichools team.
