When they installed the system. The guys were helpful, extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. It gave us peace of mind. The sales person Leon was really friendly, he didn't get pushy, like some sale people do. He sent all paper work on time and returned all phone calls immediately. What they don't actually explain that there is a little wait things to get hooked up properly. We are still waiting for the power company to come out change our meter. We also should be informed that we have to get forms from our existing power company so they will buy our excess power back off us. We could have done that weeks before the installation of our unit. But apart from that I would return to this company if we need another one of their products. Wendy and Keith Mckain
