Of all the different suppliers, Nicholls was the only one who turned up for an assesment when they said they wood. The representative was straight forward, knew his product, knew the answers to all my questions and gave me confidence in his reccommendations.They contacted me 3 days prior to coming up to install the unit and indicated that due to the rain forcasts, installing the panels on the roof may have to be done when the weather permits, but should be within a week. They turned up on time and installed all the inverter & electrical side with the panels to be installed as soon as this wet weather clears.
