Overall the response was attentive and prompt but its overall rating was compromised by the response to confirmation of installation date. I was not given an indicative date at the time of quotation. Deposit was taken in Sep. Only had I asked for date of installation in Oct, I was verbally advised of Feb the following year now delayed to Mar (verbal advice again). I'm still expecting for a written confirmation. Had I known the long delay at the beginning, I wouldn't give them an order.
