Sales person was fantastic as were the installers. The biggest problem was getting up to date information from the office girls re connection to the grid. Phone calls and emails went unanswered. Yes it was over Christmas/New Year but as the installers had suggested that it should take no longer than a month for connection, we were pretty peeved to be kept waiting for 10 weeks. The office blamed the electrician and he blamed the office. The first time the electrician turned up it was without a meter and he said he didn't know that it was a 10kw system. We then had to wait for another 2-3 weeks while that was sorted. All correspondence we received from Nicholls had all relevent details recorded so I would tend to believe them. However the Nicholls Office would benefit from regular contact with their customers.
