The installation of the system was very average! 2 broken tiles when installed and I only picked them up myself after the tradesmen had left. Took 2 and a half weeks for them to return and replace them, Also large gaps where brackets attach to the roof joist, I am still concerned about this but am told by Nicholls tradesman that this is normal! They used a lot of silicone to fill the large gaps but I will need to spend a lot of my own time trying to fix my roof so I am happy it won't leak! Wouldn't recommend this company at all and I am telling as many people as I can. Not happy with their workmanship and customer service need a real look at as well.
