Nicholls were very professional but were also able to give us a good price to do both solar and ducted inverter air conditioning. They were able to install the system promptly and were pleasant and made us confident that they knew what they were doing. The did all the work in the space of about 5 hours having travelled from Brisbane before they began. They have been painstaking in explaining the systems and have left phone numbers for follow-up or questions. One of the installers of the air system realised he had inadvertently left a small amount of tape off a seal and came up again at no cost to us to fix a problem which we did not even realize existed. We cannot speak too highly of them.

Is there anything else you would like to tell us about your experience?	All the names supplied were prompt in contacting us. Infinity were very good and we had planned to go with them but the fact that we could bundle the air conditioning with Nicholls and their price was better was the reason we ultimately selected them.
