The installer ignored my instruction to locate panels toward the top of my roof as discussed and agreed. On installation day I came home on purpose to discuss. My partner when shown the completed job asked why my instruction wasn't followed to which the installer replied 'I was here first'. The panels were supposed to be installed higher up the roof to allow space for the solar hot water heater that was to be installed a week later.
As a result my hot water heater array is installed a significant distance away from the hot Ayer storage tank impacting it's performance particulary in winter.
The installation took place many months after payment.
On the whole a poor performance from this company. Quick to take my money but very slow on the delivery. The price was very good however. |
