| I would like to thank you & your site for your help. I'm sure that the groups you recommended would have been fine, but they couldn't match the price NuEnergy was advertising at the time. NuEnergy's admin probably could do with some work (calling to ask me to pay the deposit that I'd already paid, calling me to tell me that there would be a delay before the kit could be installed - the day after it had been installed, etc), but in general the experience was excellent. The subbie they used to do the install did a very good/neat job, and the kit itself seems to be good quality. Would have loved to have put in a bigger system, but simply couldn't afford to.... |
