| The product and price was excellent. The installers (sub-contractors) came from Melbourne and failed to carry out the instructions for installation specified by the Salesperson. The Certified 2 electrician who connected the solar system to the main grid also found wiring problems. After many phone calls and emails I finally had an installer from Nuenergy attend my home and rectify the problem. |
