Large delays with this company, and poor customer service as they do not commit to a install date until the week before they are ready.
Before I order I was told 60 days install time max. Then when I payed it moved to 90 days max. It ended up being 1 month beyond the 90 days. I know of worse experience wtih this company and other companies, my suggest if this is important to you is get some commitment and get it put in writing or part of your contract before you agree/pay.
I am happy with the install quality and the major components seem good, as my deal included an Aurora Inverter. |
