| I would really have liked to go through Halcol but the payment plan with Origin enabled me to pay 10% deposit (total cost $2990) and $112.12 per month over 24 months - whereas Halcol were not able to give me this benefit - Halcol provided so much information regarding the Solar Panels etc and really helped us to understand how the system worked. |

| If we had of been able to go with Halcol (their cost only $3290) we would have had the panels installed within approx 3 weeks - at that stage we believed Origin could meet this timeframe also - but when we got back to Origin we were told they were so busy and timeframe had now blown out to approx 9 weeks - at least we had a visit from Halcol to inspect the site whereas no person from Origin has been near us. |
