| Simple payment option, ie one down payment then interest free payments for 48 months, most complete package ie known quantity in product brands (especially in panels).
All the paperwork etc handled by Origin so this saves me having to do all the legwork.
The installers you recommended were pathetic, one made an appointment then did'nt show, they did'nt call to say running late or anything, another was arrogant and when advised that i had gone with another company, claimed that he could do a better deal. the last company was ridiculously expensive even with rebates etc. |

The installers that you recommend really need to improve their customer service skills, the arrogance of one was appalling.
The various companies that sell these solar systems really need to make it as painless as possible for the consumer, in terms of paper work etc. |
