Trusted company
The installation process went well and the installer was very polite, tidy and punctual when interacting. The installer also assisted me in grid connection and showed me on how to use the charger. They also call me every fortnightly to check on how the grid is going whether it is working or whether I have a problem with it. Overall this company had done a very adequate job with installing and ensuring the system and quality of the grid is functioning properly.Panel rating: 5/5

Quality Installer
Recently had AlphaEss batteries installed by Regen Power as they also installed my solar panels 5 years ago - pretty straightforward to deal with, costs were clearly communicated and the installers were very efficient, and helped set up the app to monitor the batteries. Installation went without a hitch, all within 2 hours as they estimated. It has been running smoothly since. Pretty happy.

I will use Regen Power again.

Fast and efficient cost effective solar and battery installation

Good installation , Great price
Contacted Regan Power and others to get a quote on a new solar system and 30 Kw on batteriesRegan Power stood out as the best , with no pushy sales tactics like the others i contacted
Regan Power answered all my questions about the whole process , did not push me , and called me back when i had a querie
They supplied me a good quality system , with a known and good quality system , batteries and quality solar panels
All come with a long warranty on components and workmanship , which is good to know
The installation was done to a high standard , and in 1 day , was very neat
The system is up and running now power bills have dropped by around $200 per bill at the moment , will be intersting to see what they are like in summer , as it was only installed near the end of Feburary
Regen Power , have been in contact with me a few times , to see if i was happy with with the job that was done ,a nd if i had any concerns , and anything i wanted to know
It seems they care about their solar systems and the installation that was done , and the most inportant thing to me , was i happy with the whole process , which i am

Amazing Experience with Regen Power
I recently had solar panels and batteries installed by Regen Power.Installation was smooth and completed on time as promised. What stood out most was their communication. They kept me updated at every stage, including approvals, scheduling and post installation support.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Regen Power to anyone considering solar. Their service, transparency, and quality of work made it a worthwhile investment

Flawless installation, easy to use
I received a quote from the sales team and signed the contract straight away. Early December 2025.However, as there were many customers on the waiting list, the installation took place in early April 2026.
I was contacted in advance of the installation, and on the day itself, the installation team arrived early in the morning and finished the work by around lunchtime.
Since installation, it has been working very well, and I can easily check power generation and consumption in real time via the app.
I highly recommend this company to customers looking to install solar panels.

Easy process to sign up, efficient and early install and lots of calls and followups.
The installers and Regen main office were both professional and courteous. We love our installation and it was also installed ahead of schedule.Value for money was good they had a special on for the extra battery.

Great customer service
My solar and battery system was installed by Regen Power in March 2026. The process was smooth from signing the agreement to the completion of the job. The installer provided an explanation to me about what he was doing and we discussed the position of the battery before he started the installation. The system has been working well.Regen Power provides great customer service and called me after job completion to ensure everything was fine. I highly recommend Regen Power if you are thinking about getting a solar and battery.

Very happy!
Very happy with our Solar Panels and Battery from Regen. The whole process from quote stage to installation to aftercare has been seemless! Alex and Sarah have always been very responsive. The team that came out to fit the solar panels were prompt, professional, clean and very knowledgeable, they even reconfigured our solar plan for maximum efficiency…..which has meant we are 100% off grid….amazing as a family of four adults which has someone home at all times. 5 Stars for Regen Power installing our new batteries!
The initial process with Regen Power was very smooth and questions were followed up promptly.The installation team were excellent, the 2 technicians who installed our batteries, were very professional, shared their knowledge and they did a very neat job of the installation and a very good tidy up afterwards.
Following installation day, we were promptly contacted by Regen Power to check everything was correct and since then we have had regular contact from Regen Power to ensure that we understood how to use the app and how to read it.
Regen took care of all details including the initial advice to Western Power and then the follow up to advise of grid connection and finally Western Powers approval to engage the batteries onto the grid.
In total a very good transaction with Regen Power and why we used them again following our solar panel installation 5 years ago.

Regen Power experience.
I recently had an Alpha ESS battery system installed by Regen Power and wanted to share my experience.From the initial consultation through to installation, the team was professional, responsive, and willing to engage in detailed technical discussions. As someone who prefers to understand the technical aspects before making a decision, I appreciated that they took the time to review my existing setup (Fronius inverter and solar system) and work through the options with me.
The installation itself was smooth and well-coordinated. The team arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and ensured everything was set up correctly, including the switchboard modifications and system configuration. They also walked me through the Alpha ESS system after installation so I had a clear understanding of how it operates.

Smooth sailing
After requesting quotes through Finns online feature I was hot property and the competitions began with the salesman from multiple companies.I found Martin at Regen to be most professional, polite and respectful of my wishes.
After a week of doing my research I made my decision which proved to be the correct one.
The service from start to finish was an easy and enjoyable experience.
The engineer inspects the property and approved the design, we signed the deal and 2 weeks later a respectable tradesman arrived to install.
By 14:00pm I was getting a demo of the system and introduced to the app.
A follow phone call a few days later, helped bring peace of mind and satisfaction was shared.
I’ve recommended Regen to others in the neighbourhood who have also enjoyed their experience.
I can say we got good value for money and a service which was better than expected.

I had a really positive experience with Regen Power from start to finish.The initial consultation was clear and informative without feeling pushy. They took the time to explain the system setup, expected performance, and how everything would integrate with my existing setup, which made the whole process easy to understand.

Excellent all round.
This is my second time using Regen Power - this time to get a battery installed with Blackout Protection following solar PV system installed last year. Both times they have been fantastic. They are a very professional and genuine company. Their products and services are first rate and the price this time was amazing for a 20.2 KW Alpha Ess system. I especially appreciated the clear and timely communication and regular follow ups. They do what they say and keep the whole process moving along nicely. No problems. No drama's. No surprises. Regen Power : A trusted Installer & Service Provider
I had an excellent experience with my solar installation from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. They helped me choose the right system for my home without any pressure, which I really appreciated.When I reached out to Regen power who installed our existing solar panels ( 7 years before ) they were happy to extend the existing setup with batteries. But when they told me about interest free loan up to 10 years for $10000 for a brand new system, I went for that and we ended up getting a 20kwh battery, solar panels and inverter for a great price. The installation was a bit delayed due to the Christmas break and busy with installing other systems but it is in now and going fantastic.
Installation day was smooth and efficient—the crew arrived on time, worked safely, and left everything clean and tidy. Since the system has been up and running, I’ve already noticed a significant drop in my electricity bills. What really stood out was the customer service. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they followed up after installation to make sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers even after the job is done.

Good Experience
While looking for a battery solution to take advantage of our existing solar panels most companies seemed to want to replace the existing inverter and or solar panels with new ones and install a completely new system despite our existing system only being 2 years old, I am unsure of the logic in this, perhaps warranty issues but it seemed like an incredible waste. When I reached out to Regen power who installed our existing solar panels they were happy to extend the existing setup with batteries and we ended up getting a 20kwh battery for a great price. The installation was a bit delayed (couple of weeks) due to the Christmas break but it is in now and going fantastic, we have not used power from the grid since it was installed and have been keeping out EV charged up. The tradies that came out were great and left us with a very neat setup. I would not hesitate recommending Regen power for any solar solution.Battery rating: 5/5

A nice experience
I'm very happy with my experience with Regen Power. They were very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of ideas of what to do with my current solar and how to add a battery. The quote was very competitive to other quotes we received.When the installation happened, they did an excellent job and were clean and tidy.
Excellent communication throughout the process and every email or phone call I made was responded to within a few hours or a day.
We are very happy with our Tesla batteries and look forward to plenty of savings on our future power bill.

Professional company - great price
Very pleased with the whole experience - was provided with a range of options at the quotation stage and given clear explanation to all my questions. They handled all the necessary connections and delivered as system on the date promised. The installers were great, arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and took less than 2 hours to install my panels, also similar time to install the batteries I added later. Showed me how to use the Fronius and alpha - ESS Apps and took time to explain the shutdown and start up procedures. Very happy with the end result.Battery rating: 5/5

Excellent value
Regen Power was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. Their proposal of different options are clear and easy to understand. The moment I made my choice I was very sure the system will meet my needs. I need to wait for almost 3 months for the installation but I looked at it positively because a lot of people would like to buy from Regen, which by the way is true. They came on the day of prefixed date to install my system. By early afternoon it was up and running without any problems or whatsoever. I got a little upset when I was told to shut it down 2 days later (after a long weekend and I had just begun to enjoy my new toy) until the approval is given by Western Power which might take 5 business days or more. I spoke to Regen and their friendly staff assured me they would help to expedite the approval process. True enough the approval came the next day. I look forward to enjoy the benefits of a solar system for many years ahead knowing Regen is for and with me. I will recommend Regen to anyone without reservation.Panel rating: 5/5
