| The principal of the business promised to check the work done on completion. He didn't. The actual installers were well mannered, helpful and friendly. The electrician who installed the smart meter was very informative. My husband has a technical background in computer science and asked a lot of questions. The interview went well. My husband followed up with a lot of email questions and this may have been perceived as annoying. We are still wondering why the principal didn't make a visit after the job was completed. Considering how everything went well to this point it is the only disappointment. The system is working well for us. It is everything we hoped it would be. We would recommend RK to others. We got 7 quotes all up. |
