Based in Salsbury, South Australia, Solar 2000 is a small company in the solar power industry, but with a lot of experience. The company says it has a loyal affiliation with Free Renewable Energy Enterprises, owned and operated by Roger Cufone who provided invaluable expertise in renewable energy systems. Mr Cufone is a co founder of Solar 2000.

Solar 2000 says that it offers cost effective solar and wind solutions to suit customers’ individual needs, whether it be for residential, commercial or government industry sectors or the community at large. They say also that they can combine wind turbines and solar power to create a hybrid system. The company currently has a staff of 12; 10 field installers and two sales consultants.

Solar 2000 uses mono–crystalline panels manufactured by Suntech (China) and Conergy (Germany and China); and Sunnyroo, Sungold, Aurora, SMA and Clenergy inverters.

Payment terms include a 30% deposit. Solar 2000 will handle all of the rebate paperwork so that you just pay the difference.
