Paid a deposit with a tentative date for installation about 4 weeks later. No feedback from company and when I rang they informed me that there was a delay with the panels from Germany.
Left it for another 3 weeks and had to ring again - apparently the shipment of panels had been damaged in the Queensland floods and they are waiting on a further shipment for Germany.
New tentative date for installation is early April
Would encourage this company to get on the front foot and keep their customers informed. |
