| The salesperson from Solar SA was the only rep who bothered to actually get onto my roof and work out (using a 'shade meter') where my system would be best placed. Also, friends had used Solar SA and had been very happy with their service. Finally, Solar SA have been in the business for 20 years or so and, particularly in light of the recent roof insulation 'scandal' and rogue installers, I did not want to use a recently established company. Their price was higher, but their service to date has been excellent - and the system is up and running. I'm still waiting for the proper meter to be installed (scheduled for next week) - but this is a hold up with ETSA, not due to Solar SA. Meanwhile, my old spin wheel meter is going backwards - yippee! |
