Overall our experience has been fantastic. Expert knowledge. Great service. After-sales service has been outstanding. Highly recommend Suntrak Solar.

I would not recommend Suntrak as a solar supplier. We had a system installed by them in May 2015 and the paperwork to our supplier was not submitted for almost 12 months. During that time I rang Jason at Suntrak and he continually assured me it had been done, so our lack of a rebate was someone else’s fault. After Suntrak finally submitted the paperwork in 2016 I asked that they cover our rebate loss. Jason agreed both on the phone and e-mail but it took weekly phone calls before it was done. All I heard was “I’ll transfer the money nowâ€. Finally after 6 weeks we were reimbursed on June 24th. We are pensioners and we did not need the inconvenience and 13 months of stress.

i went with an electrical/solar company as they are more likely to be around in 10 years when any thing needs repairing. They installed it how i wanted it and recommend why i could put it here or there.

The Suntrak Solar guys are very knowlegeable and completed the job on the day they said. They also turned up on time when providing the quote which is very important to us working people. They have a good range of products to suit all budgets and can provide the pros and cons for every part.
