Zens representative was very prompt, his explanation of their systems was very easy to understand, at no time was he pushy for you to accept their system above all others, but we were left to decide this in our own time, a good experience all round.
Since our acceptance of the firms quotation, they have been very quick in their dealings, and in quoting a fairly reasonable installation date. I have been very happy in dealing with them. |
