All Natural Energy is a privately owned and operated family business specializing in the design, supply and installation of solar power systems. The company is based in Richmond NSW. They say that they have been operating in the solar industry for 11 years and have had extensive training and experience in a wide range of solar applications. They also say that they are CEC accredited and licenced to design, supply and install grid connect solar power systems and stand alone power systems for people living in remote areas. Another area that the company says it has expertise in is the supply of smaller packages for motor homes, caravans, camping set ups and 4wds. Furthermore, All Natural Energy says that it can assist customers with rebate approvals, electrical metering; and on going phone or on site support when needed. The company says that it sells quality products from Suntech, SMA, Xantrex, Plasmatronics, Exide and various other industry leading companies. They say that these companies all have offices in Australia, giving better access to warranties if needed.

Honest and professional
I contacted 4 companies advertising for repairs to solar systems, the only response I had was from "all natural energy" I could not be happier with the price and the service, all done in a very diligent, courteous and professional manner. I would be definitely contact them again in the future.Inverter rating: 4/5

Great Customer Service and Installation
All four companies (all on SolarQuotes list) I contacted were great. It was difficult to choose the final one but in the end, I went with All Natural Energy and I am very glad I did. Their Customer Service is excellent and I felt I was in experienced hands all through the process. The day of the installation was effortless. Really nice guys who worked hard all day and nothing was too much trouble and there was no rush at the end, so the day was seamless - polite, punctual and very tidy.One of the best renovation experiences I've had. Now just need to wait on AGL to install their meter so I can be up and running!

8 months later we asked Doug: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Probably about what I expected. I have reduced daily cost from about $10 to less than $5. I am having problems with the Enphase app communicating with my router. I seems the metal meter box is blocking a signal. I use the excellent app from Power Shop which shows graphical details of hourly and daily FIT and grid usage.26 July 2018

Fantastic Local company, highly recommended, great service and very professional
I had an amazing experience using All Natural Energy. Amie made life so easy, she was super friendly and efficient on getting my quote to me. I really like to keep jobs local so i didn't look any further than All Natural Energy. Nathan arrived to do my solar job and nothing was a problem, he was super organized , friendly and answered any of my questions made my Solar experience a good one, very knowledgeable and passionate with his job. I would highly recommend this company and i will be using them in the future for any electrical needs.
