Competative price for same brands compare to other Installers
Austra Solar quote was quite competitive for similar system brands in market. Customer service was good. They answered all questions I have related to solar system. Installation was on time with agreed time frame. Installers were quite experienced and friendly. We initially agree on 6.6KW (15 x 440) system but due to my roof size we had to installed 6.16 (14x440). They reduced amount for one panel when requested before installation.Panel rating: 5/5

NO! Worst company worst customer service
Got a solar system installed and not only did the installer damage my ceiling and put the solar system in the wrong spot the company took months to reply and when they did I just got hand balled from one person and told they would call me back and nothing came from it and when I got it fixed they refused to pay me for damages and didn’t even complete the process so I had solar panels that were not working and I wasn’t getting anything out of them had to get somebody else to finish the job an absolute joke I urge anybody reading this go with a different company I wouldn’t want this to happen to anybody else01 February 2022
Great installation, best value for money, good warranty and communications
I was very confused through the solar process as there are so many providers with wildly different options and quality was difficult to determine. Fortunately the field is extremely competitive and I kept gathering quotes and doing my own research until I understood what good panels and inverters were. Transparently, the 3 quotes I received from Solar Quotes were the 3 highest I received. We were able to secure reputable panels and inverter for less than half the price of some other quotes we receive for the same systems.03 April 2021
Excellent customer service and good value for money
I shopped around about solar products and installation over three months, I pushed few times because of the negative news going around about solar installers. Finally I decided to install solar because my energy bill became a head ache. I called and spoken to Ayush Paul from Austral Solar. He gave me excellent advices and spoken to me in a calm and collected way. I put 10.36kw Trina panels and Solis inverter excellent installation there is no delay on the installation.I recommend Austral Solar as best clean energy company. Thank you Ayush Paul for your excellent communication skill and customer service.

Austra Solar Review
The sales/quoting process was straightforward. Brands to be installed for solar panel and inverter were provided, with the option of choosing other brands depending on budget salesxperson was polite snd helpful. No problem communicating with sales person for further queries even after business hours. Installation process was ok. Installers were polite and tidy, although arrived in the afternoon rather than at 10am as advised by sales person. Customer service organised the grid connection after installation.My major complaint is that I was incorrectly advised by the installer that I should turn the system on only after my electricity provider has changed the meter, with a waiting period of approximately a month. When my electricity provider contacted me after a month, I was informed that my meter didn't need changing as I have a digital meter. Consequently, I missed out on immediate savings by having the system turned off for a month.

Contractor installers were fantastic. Time from quote to install was remarkable, and price was extremely competitive.
No hassle quote, they facilitated multiple alterations and last minute changes. Installers were contractors who arrived on time, were very polite and completed great work. System is up and working, with no issues.Panel rating: 5/5
