Detailed Quotation was received in a timely manner. Upon acceptance of quote, installation was completed in the indicated timeframe. The team arrived on time, installed the panels and inverter and took all 'rubbish' with them.07 July 2021

Excellent service and install.
Ben and his team were excellent, after I accepted Ben’s quote he arranged all the paperwork and turned up exactly when he said he would, the site was left clean and tidy, he explained how the system works and proper shut down process, I would highly recommend Ben for any solar or electrical work.30 May 2021

Solar installation
I called Ben after talking to a family member about some electrical work that he had done for them, I was told that he was professional and very clean as he installed some fans, so I called Ben and was very happy with his knowledge of solar as I had done some research myself, after accepting Ben’s quote he gave me a date for installation and submitted all the paperwork.I am very happy with Ben’s quality of service and punctuality, he left the site clean and tidy and I have no hesitation in recommending Ben for not only solar but any electrical work. I had done a bit of research online myself & then contacted Ben Rudd Solar. Ben was extremely helpful & took the time to explain the different units available & how they performed. Ben was professional & friendly. Detailed quote received within 2 days. Very professional with installation & job site left tidy. Customer service is excellent, Ben supplied all the necessary paperwork & contact details for the grid. The whole process was seamless.I would recommend Ben Rudd Solar most highly. I am 100% happy with my solar system.

Thoroughly professional service
Initial inspection was in person, including getting on the roof to identify potential problems and confirm mounting locations. We had an extensive conversation about the potential system components and installation details. This was better than the satellite photo approach of other companies, since I was able to move a couple of obstacles rather than compromise the solar installation by working around them.Ben and his team arrived when he said they would, worked efficiently and left the site clean and tidy. The system works as intended.
When I noticed a minor defect with the installation of one cable, Ben came around first thing the next morning to correct it.
Ben made the necessary arrangements with my supplier to have the system connected. All documentation for the system components, warranties etc and an overall system manual was provided by email.

Happy to recommend Ben Rudd Electrical and Solar
In November 2020 we used Ben Rudd Electrical & Solar to install our solar system at our home on the South Coast of NSW after a recommendation from our regular electrician. Ben explained everything in detail making sure that we understood the inverter, panels, size of system for our situation and more importantly the placement of the system to attract the most benefit from the sun. Ben and his staff arrived on time and conducted themselves in a most professional way and left our site clean and tidy. My husband and I are both in our 70's so had many questions about the phone application but Ben has been very patient and helpful in getting things sorted for us. So Impressed!
I have nothing but the highest praise for Ben Rudd and his team. He was the only one of my quoters to visit the house and discuss with me fully about the system I would need and where each component would be installed. I had the quote emailed to me the next day. Throughout the whole process Ben kept me informed. On installation day, he and his team arrived on time, where well presented and professional. After installation I was given a comprehensive briefing on operating the system and the assurance of their continued support if I should need it. After having my solar panels and inverter for 12 months now, I can honestly say that the benefits of owning a system like this have been very welcome. Already, my power bills have started to shrink and I'm feeling good knowing that I'm saving the planet to some extent by cutting down less trees.
