Promo service, with a personal home visit to look at the house and discuss instillation. Continual feedback and information during the installation. This was not an easy job. Required 30m of trenching with various trades required during the process. Brad made this happen on schedule. Also managed to keep both our dogs in the yard while moving in and out of the property.

Great to have your assistance as a newbie solar power user. Provider was very easy to deal with and went the extra mile to follow up informations re hot water diverters. The units are not yet installed due to the house not being ready, will be installed in Feb.8 months later we asked Fran: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

We have just completed the initial wiring for later installation of solar. Wiring was cabling from electrical switchboard through the house to rear garage to where future batteries would be located.

Installer did everything he said he would and was great to use. Even installed a new tv antenna so there would be less shade on the panels at no extra cost (quote was the cheapest already). Couldn’t have asked for more.

Brad from BGU was helpful throughout and provided great advice through specifying, quoting, install and followup. There were some issues with supply of the original system and he helped by recommending a great, quality alternative. Install was quick and professional and followup post install was prompt and patient when there were issues with high grid voltage at our site.

Brad has been prompt and efficient. he has answered all questions that we have had and has been approachable. The solar installation will be going ahead this week and we are looking forward to it.
