Quality service from an thorough team.
Josh Gilbert, owner of Bluegum and electrician (not just a sales person) and in due course was hands-on involved in the installation, came to do the consultation/system design and made a very positive impression. He was obviously very knowledgeable, experienced, considerate of our needs, including being able to arrange or carry out important ancillary works such as a new reverse cycle air-con/heating system, heat pump hot water system and other minor electrical works. I bought on expectations of superior and hands-on quality of service at all stages (as opposed to price alone) and have not been disappointed. Josh's install team were excellent. Prompt, considerate, cleaned up completely; great in all respects. The office team, under Josh's wife Chantel (and co-owner) were able to answer questions, arrange the scheduling and provide efficient service. All in all, I chose Bluegum because I believed I could detect a greater "care factor" that would derive from a hands-on approach from the business owners. I thought they would be a 'cut above' the other two firms that quoted and I believe that I have got this superior level of service. Highly recommended.8 months later we asked Robin: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes, it has met or exceeded my expectations - I haven't paid for energy since installation and now only wonder how I am going to use up my credits with my energy provider!?09 October 2019

Had a really good experience with Chantel and Josh. Both were super friendly, helpful. Explained things in a way I'd understand and never tried to upsell me. Ended up settling with a Tesla battery. Waiting on install. So far so good.
