Excellent customer service, attention to detail, quality install and extremely knowledgable
We originally installed a system, 5kw Inverter with 5kw Panels (was max allowed when we installed in 2016) and now we want to upgrade to try get the most out of the system and decrease bills further).I don't know why more people aren't doing this (upgrading old systems / adding more).
Turnaround from quote (3rd of June 2020) to Installed Today (11th June 2020) - Talk about service!
All installed and the new system (6.6kw) is more productive than the old (5kw - all north), even with the south east facing panels (surprise surprise!).
Smart meter installed to ensure output limit. I'm so glad I took the plunge, even with nay-sayers and scepticism - and the Boosted Team handled my queries and concerns at every point, from meter box to energex queries.
And down the road, they reassured me, if I do want battery, will be easy enough with an en-phase AC to AC battery system, no inverter required!
The team were really professional and knowledgeable (Boosted Energy, Helensvale) – Considering 1h 20 min drive for them too to my property, can't speak highly enough of the entire team from sales to installers.
Professional, quality, hard working team.

Sales is very polite promise all until taking many form people after she not answer on phone call minimum 20 times.

Fantastic customer service, exceptional work and great pricing
Sales and customer service were always available, gave me a competitive quote, were on time and very prompt with the installation which is very neat and professional and cleaned up site when finished.
No contact and damage to roof from install
They offered great customer service until they received payment for the system.Submitted the wrong energy provider to Energex (despite me explicitly telling them my provider) and has not rectified the connection to the grid despite numerous calls and emails being sent. It has been two months since they received full payment and put the system on the roof and I still do not have the system linked up to my energy provider - therefore it is not serving its purpose and I am still paying for the electricity.
Furthermore, I have been notified by my rental agency of damage (dents in the roof) caused to the roof from the install. Due to not receiving any response to my emails or them not following through after I have phoned them, it looks as though this will be proceeding to QCAT for rectification.
