Great Solar Installer
From the Quote, installation and customer service all went very smoothly from start to finish.8 months later we asked Robert: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Extremely happy with the product and the service
Will highly recommend Bright Source. Installation went real smooth without any hiccups. Installers came in on time on the agreed date and installed the system very professionally. Installer was very polite and spent time with us after the installation as well to take us through on how to operate the unit and what to look for. Even after the installation, we had some questions on system's performance and Bright Source's team was very helpful in clarifying. Grid installation was smooth too. Most of the paperwork and formalities were done without any dramas.Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Extremely bad customer service
Been chasing them for weeks post the installation for them to get the safety side rails to be removed but nothing has been done even after many calls. Extremely annoyed and frustrated. These rails were required to be installed before they could come and install the solar panels on my double story house and I had to pay for it. Its been over 2 weeks since they came and installed but the rails are yet to be removed. So frustrating to deal with. Will not recommend at all.16 May 2019

Highly recommend BrightSource Solar
Excellent sales and installation services. Great support with guiding me through the solar rebate application process. Turn around time from initial order to installation was fast and went smoothly. The installation team were professional and very friendly and efficient.
