Fantastic installation done.

Customer Service...what a joke
Everything was perfect until the electrician connected the panels to the wrong outlets. Once the sun hits, it disconnects.We have tried numerous times to contact via phone calls and leaving messages, for a few weeks now, and to no avail..and they say customer service is top priority, ha, what a joke...
Once they got their money, haven't heard from them since...and now we are stuck with Solar Panels that don't work...

An elderly Lady’s review
I had had several quotes some months prior to Clean & Green Solutions and decided I wasn’t sure what I was being told and it was too risky. The Clean & Green salesman was amazing his information was clear and he listed to what I wanted he explained what I could achieve with the setup that I would be happy to have installed. The installation was done very professionally with them communicating with me to insure I was happy. Fantastic post installation service
I have been a customer of clean and green solutions for years, and i can confidently say that their service has been and continues to be excellent. Beautiful installation
I was very confused in the start to choose the right one. I was recommended to Clean and Green by a friend who had used their services twice. Following my own experience I know now why she recommended them so highly. The whole process was seamless & transparent & the customer service fantastic. Everyone I came in contact with was so helpful.The whole process took only a few weeks from start to finish & I now have a top quality solar system which is going to pay for itself in savings on my electricity bills & increase the value of my home.

Leo Electrical did the install and they were exceptional, they carried out the work with no fuss and in a professional manner. I would happily recommend Clean and Green Solutions Solar to anyone considering solar for their home. Fantastic to deal with them
This is the second time I have used Clean and Green Solutions, and they continue to impress with high quality products and services.I wanted to expand my existing Sungrow solar system (which years on is still fantastic, but I wanted more panels).
The installation team were led by Oliver: the whole team were very friendly and efficient and did a great job in less time than anticipated.
My system is now performing better than before (I got 100% independence from grid yesterday!), and I look forward to the release of the battery next year: naturally I will be calling them again!

Honest and professional.
I was initially reluctant to have solar, but all my doubts were cleared by their solar expert. I got solar system with battery and received two bills after installation and one was small bill of$30 and other in credit.Their team is honest and experts in their fields. i am happy with my experience with clean and green solutions.

Best deal received
After comparing three quote that we received with 3 different companies, we liked the process Clean and green solutions follows and decided to proceed further with them. A no-show from another company, other companies just dealing with us on phone calls. We tried to invite them to come in person to check the electricity setup but they ignored.It was a no-brainer to go with a company that sent a sales rep out to my house and who spent time for detailed explanation and explaining what having a PV system was all about. Very happy dealing with them and recommending to my friends and family members.

Pleased to deal with Clean and green second time again and installed battery and solae system upgrade this time. Have had the best experience dealing with Clean and Green Solutions, from honest appraisals regarding our system size, understandable explanations of the components, to bringing forward the install dates, and all dealings with the back of house team at head office (always pleasant, prompt and accurate) and the installers.Absolutely no complaints here at all.

Fantastic overall experience
I am very happy with my battery solar system and very pleased I made the decision to go through Clean and green Solutions.From when I first met Paul he was very clear and helpful about the process and the products. He provided me clear and detailed information. Installation was really tough as it is a multistory house but they made that a breeze, Ryan was great. Ash provided fantastic customer care both before, during and after the install. I have already referred onto family and will continue to do so for anyone else looking at making the switch to Solar.

Extended current system with battery
Extended current systemClean and green Solutions provided us with a comprehensive plan and costings for extending our current panels and battery system. The salesperson was prompt and explained things with knowledge of systems and an understanding of the product. This installation means we have two different systems running with one providing to the batter and the other providing to the house, and then the battery takes over during the night. They handled all the paperwork with the energy retailer and the installation occurred on the scheduled day with no issues.
The only problem I have is that the app keeps dropping out and can't provide data to me. But I will follow up on this aspect to have it resolved.

Happy with everything.. Fully recommended
We had spent some time talking with a number of potential solar suppliers and installers, contacted Clean and green after my daughters recommendation. From our initial emailed enquiry we received a prompt reply and arranged for Kevin to visit for onsite inspection. We received very professional advice for the solar and battery systems that would suit our power usage.On our acceptance of a competitive offer we had confirmed by Mandy an installation date that was further improved by more than a week.
The installation team arrived on time and was well organised by Oliver and completed the install in a day as promised.
Admin team called the following day to ensure the job had been completed and if there were any issues and provided us with all full job pack, Compliance and warranty papers.
We would recommend Clean and green as our system is performing as per the technical advice and excellent service received.

The Clean and Green team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. It start with Jim with the initial conversation and quote who was very knowledgeable on products and processes involved for installation.
