The sales rep was able to answer all questions instantly, and was totally familiar with the range of systems available.The chosen system has been perfoming well, and I will be showing a profit in a few short years. A better investment than the stockmarket.
17 months later we asked Neil: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
My 4Kw system has averaged 15KwH per day over its first year and has exceeded my pre PV usage of 12KwH per day. I now use 8KwH per day from the grid. My last power bill was about $400.00 credit.27 September 2012

All enquiries easily answered, no ifs or buts, eg pregnant pauses followed by tech gobbledygook .I have done my own research and checked his info against mine.
Explained ALL my requirements to him, and allowed him to run a ruler over them.
All pros and cons were considered, including positive or negative implications.
Each decision was revisited at a later date for accuracy . Note: Quotation and Installation by same business.
Installation team arrived early, confirmed all necessary details, then began work. I wasn’t chased away by the team boss each time I approached to check if all was going OK.
ENTIRE installation went as planned. Was present during commissioning procedures, no faults seen then or since. Very happy.
