Worst Nightmare
If only time can turn back, i will never go for this company. it is my worst nightmare, terrible time management, terrible customer service and upon all these, i am not paying cheap. it started with everyday sales call before we sign the agreement, deposit paid and loan arranged, that means case closed, they just disappeared for Christmas and New Year holiday, until i called to follow up, only by then they realised my installation is not done. Waited for another 1 month for installation, they took 3 months to get the paperwork to be send to me, that's not all, the paperwork are not complete when i requested again, the response is so rude and refused to resend.04 January 2019
Horrible experience, once you sign a contract and pay a minimum deposit no one cares, very pathetic customer service. When ever you ring office they say they will pass on info to relevant person and no one gets back to you, sales person never returns call neither reply to email. I got an email with the photo of panels right under the tree on my roof and when i said no they are threatening me to taking to court. No communications between their own people or departments, zero technical knowledge. Think twice before you even contact them. No promises kept by them.

Do Your Research
Don't believe the sales pitch. They will tell you that you can get a 20 cent per kwh rebate but will leave out that you will pay more for grid electricity on that plan. They don't mention anything about you needing to organise a new meter. Also, the initial design was totally inaccurate and therefore the quote was bogus. The organisation of the interest free payment is really clunky and requires multiple contacts to organise payment. The end result for me was instead of paying $3600 for a 4.8kw system on a plan with 20c feed in, I have a 4.1kw system that cost $3700 and is on a plan with an 8.6c feed in tariff. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else. Not my best decision.
