High quality install at a most competitive price
After consulting with 8 companies over installing a PV panel system at our residence, Energy Partners were chosen to install the 16.2 kWa 3-phase system and I couldn’t be happier. The final criteria for choosing Energy Partners over all others included:Capability in design to requirements
Demonstrated experience in similar system installations (Given contacts to speak to by installer)
Competitive pricing
Reliability and promptness in installation
Personalized service
Energy Partners were justifiably convincing in all requirements.
"Jason" actually designed the system and fitted the panels, unlike several other companies I dealt with where I found myself talking to a “PV consultant” (salesman) with little design experience and where mistakes and mis-information appeared the norm. (eg you can only install 6.6kwh panels and export 5kwh on this 3 phase system).
The brief required for the maximization of roof panels for power export consistent with access for cleaning around and under the panels as the roof is also our drinking water catchment. I asked for 2 or 3 configuration re-designs before I was happy which Jason accommodated with great patience. Jason designed the system with 54 Seraphim 300 watt panels with optimizers and 2 SolarEdge inverters (suitable for domestic installation!) with capability to handle the potential 16.2 kWa of power with accommodation to not only future proof the install with battery installation at a later date but also to include emergency blackout power once we have purchased batteries.
It is well worthwhile finding a company that is knowledgeable and personalized to your needs, particularly when system requirements become even a little complicated and Energy Partners have not disappointed. I am confident in giving them the highest recommendation and I look forward to working with Jason and Jay when we come to the battery install in the future. Thanks to the team for a highly satisfactory outcome. Since this install I have got EnergyPartners back to fit a 6.6kwh system for my daughter's place and fitted a small system using older original panels from our residence onto wife's parents' place. My only niggle is email response these days is a little slow. I suspect this is due to workload.

Excellent after sales support
Following a severe storm which took out our modem and after receiving alerts from the monitoring system Jay and Jason were extremely helpful in guiding me in updating my new details into the system. I've had my panels for 18 months now and am extremely happy with my reduced power bills. This quarter's bill is $27. Their support gives me peace of mind that it was a worthwhile investment and that they look after their customers even after the sale. Thank you very much gentlemen.06 October 2020
On time, neat & tidy.
- Well spoken & informative sales people, knew what they were selling.- Installers were informative and explained the process for installation and any questions I asked. Actually cleaned up after themselves.
- The guys submitted the EWR for me and gave me a rundown of the process for when my solar would be ready to turn on.

Our usage was monitored for 2.5 months so as to design the most beneficial system.We have a 36kw system which we have monitoring through Solaredge.
Pay back is estimated to be 29 months with a saving of approx 80% on the power bill, witha small export back into the grid.

Great Solar Install
After meeting with 6 different companies sales people (some multiple times) and 17 quotes, I met Jason from Energy Partners and finally felt that I had found someone that listened to me and my specific needs. All the other sales people I had met with or talked to tried to sell me the cookie cutter solution that fit best with the rebate not what worked or was best for me as a customer. I was at the point where I asked companies to put it in writing that I would never pay for power again, and of course I couldn’t get anyone to commit in writing what they were telling me was an absolute surety.The team completed the job on time and left the house clean and tidy everything was as if they were not there. The only issue was a phase connection that had nothing to do with Energy Partners, but Jason organised and fixed the issue without asking.
