Such good quality service!

The sales/quoting process was easy and informative. The installation was faultless. The electricians who did the installation were punctual (no sitting around waiting for tradies). They were polite and worked hard the entire time. They even cleaned up afterwards. Such lovely gentlemen who explained how it all worked, downloaded the app so I could see how my solar system was working. Great experience!

Value for money

Sales / quoting process was made so easy having Rob come out and explain everything to us. Told him what we wanted as not to pay bills nor make money. He looked at all our usage and advised us as what would work for us. Spot on. We haven’t had a bill since.
Installation went ahead a month earlier of the scheduled install due to a cancellation so to it was bloody spot on.
Customer service was spot on. We had a few problems with Ergon putting a new meter on but Rob helped out and all went well eventually

Professional, efficient and affordable service

I highly recommend Go Green Energy.

This is my review I left on google. See below. But even after installation, when I had a question Rob was a phonce call away. Really easy to talk to. Even got an email from the tram to tell me the shut down procedure because there was a natural disaster about to happen.

**I could not fault Rob & his team. Very very happy & satisfied with the Go Green Energy team.

I obtained 4 quotes, two local and two couldn't give me the time of the day but just wanted photos and my electricity bill. I liked Rob because he was very laid back, didn't pull out his calculator and talk all this jargon that I would not even have the slightest idea about.

From the four quotes I chose Go Green Energy because:-

1. Best quote by $4000.
2. The products Go Green Energy use are quality products
3. Go Green Energy is a local company
4. Very professional and helpful.

I would 110% recommend Go Green Energy. You would not be disappointed!!!**

18 months on and the service provided by Rob is still top notch.

I wrote a review not long after my system was installed and rated that part of my experience as top notch. 18 months on, this review is more about the amazing service Rob provides. Every time I have a question or some feed back, I call Rob and he answers, or calls me back as soon as he can.
Awesome.
Highly recommend using these guys.

Ps.
We've generated up to 56kwh in a day with our 9kw of panels and a 7kw inverter.
(I think our average over 12 months is 35kwh)
There is just 2 of us living here, but we've never had an ERGON bill to pay, and we now have over $1000 in credit.

Proactive service

While visiting a friend, he told me had just used Go Green Energy to install soar panels, and he was very impressed with all aspects of the process.

So I rang Go Green and was welcomed with personal local service.

We were about to build and after the quoting process, he asked if we were putting in 3 phase, as this adds to your returns.

We had to sit for the builder to finish the roof, and Go Green made sure the solar panels were installed as soon as that happened.

Go green hooked everything up, personally, to ensure everything was go.

From then, our system has been jumping out of its skin.

Perfection and experience

Rob and his team are amazing and the best in the field. Rob personally comes out and quotes and walks you through the installation and why he is setting it out that way for performance and functionality. From quote to install you are kept up-to-date with dates and timings.

On the day of install his team is precise and methodical in the installation and setup process. They take the time to sit down and walk you through the system and how to get the best out of your system.

They leave it for a week then call you back to check everything is working and that you are not having any issues.

I have recommended rob and his team to many friends that have also had installs and they are of the same opinion that Go Green energy is the best in the business and better yet they are 100% local and Aussie owned.

Authenticity

A highly recommended installer

Go-Green were recommended to me by a building certifier who had worked on an addition at my place. Rob (the owner) turned up in person to inspect the site. He listened carefully to my requirements, which were slightly out of the ordinary (two circuits, hybrid inverter, upgraded switchboard, outdoor battery location, east & west panel arrangement, etc.), and discussed solutions and alternatives. I had a clear design in mind, and Rob was happy to quote on that. Rob provided a clear and timely quote which included all the items we had discussed.

The installation was excellent, Sean the electrician's attention-to-detail and professionalism was remarkable and much appreciated.
Customer service was and is exceptional. A few minor points I noticed during installation were attended to promptly, and Rob always calls me back within a few minutes if I have a query, which is not often!

Go Green for Great Results

Everything about my experience was excellent, Rob from Go Green Energy was quick to come and quote giving good sound advice to suit my needs.
The workers did a fantastic job in very, very hot conditions but they slogged hard all day to get it done and were very polite, cleaned up any mess from the job and turned up when they said they would.
Josh ran me through how it all works and showed me the what it looks like on the internet so I can check on the performance.
Heavy rains have come and no leaks in the ceiling from the penetrations which was a concern for me so very happy with the result

Very happy after 2 years.

Have had my solar panels and battery system since December 2021.Has worked flawlessly and am constantly in credit with Ergon. There are a lot of envious neighbours. Did not know the power had gone off a couple of times. Pricing was very competitive as I requested all top tier equipment.

I, two years ago had a fantastic experience with Rob/Tracey and the team From the initial consultation to the flawless installation, their team exhibited professionalism and expertise. One stop solar shop!

We have used Go Green Energy twice now, to install 2 solar systems at different houses. We have also recommended them to friends and family. Rob, Tracey, Haydn and the team are fantastic. Seamless and competitive

Recommended by a colleague and I can see why.
Rob was quick to turn up when he said he would. He was very polite and quoting was competitive.
Installation team turned up right on time and were also polite, quick and efficient with concealed cabling and neat where exposed.
Rob followed up the same day and dealt with all the supply company grid connections.
The entire process was quite seamless. Would definitely recommend and I have done several times!!
Not had a single issue in the 3.5 years since install thus far.

Go green is the way to go

We found Go Green by searching the web , Rob came out asap for the quote , he was on the higher side out of the 3 quotes we had but was the only o e who could get it done relatively soon . We decided to go with Go Green as he was very helpful in the information given , his quote came with information on the system we were getting and when I rang and asked if he could get it done earlier he bent over backwards to get it done , with the installers coming on a Sunday . They were just as helpful as Rob , very professional , cleaning as they went . We are so happy with our services from them and would definitely recommend them . Rob has been great with after care as well with the cyclone the internet went down and again he has been awesome .

Excellent experience

I needed a bigger than average solar system but everything went according to plan. Rob explained the quote and the equipment and suggested the roof be checked as the house is old. Roof passed well.
I was working so couldn't be home for the Installation but it was done very efficiently in one day. Grid connection was all arranged too.
Rob was always pleasant and helpful throughout and always punctual. I felt I could ring with any queries at any time.
The inverter went on the blink after a couple of months which was unexpected but Rob got a replacement very quickly.
The solar has saved me a lot of money and I am a very happy customer.
I appreciated the email from Tracey about how to turn off the solar system during cyclone Jasper
I recommend Go Green Energy to anyone. They would be hard to beat!

I highly recommend Go Green Energy for your solar energy needs

I can highly recommend this organization. Before getting solar installed last year I contacted a number of solar companies and obtained quotes and spoke to them about my requirements. Most of them used the hard sell approach and told me things I found out from research were not quite right. Rob and his team were highly professional and trustworthy from the first time I dealt with them. They installed the system promptly and I am really impressed with the reduction in my electricity bill. Appreciate their very helpful (and honest) advice and professionalism. Go Green Energy absolutely fantastic.

From the moment we met Rob & getting a quote, we couldn’t have been happier. Rob was very professional, honest & reliable. Rob was the only person from all the quotes we had that got on the roof to see what condition our roof was in. He explained everything to us so that we understood. From meeting Rob & having our solar installed was just a fantastic experience. The guys who installed the solar’s were just fantastic, reliable & very clean. They explained everything & helped us set up the app to be able to monitor our power that’s produced. It was so good.
I really cannot express how happy we are with the progress from start to finish & HIGHLY recommend Go Green Energy.
Thank you guys for helping us get our power bills down by $400+ a quarter & I’m making money now as well off the solar. Winning!

Solar at last

I finally made to get solar installed because of the increase in electricity prices. I received three quotes and Go green was the highest quote at $11000.00 but he was the only one who visited the site and he explained in detail where everything would be and how it would work. The installation was done very professionally and on schedule there was no rubbish from the panels left at the site. The installers were extremely courteous and also gave we information for my grandson who might be interested in the work later. We did encounter a couple of difficulties because we are in a black spot for internet. On one occasion I had to call Robert and he was on leave in Melbourne but he sorted out my problem there on the phone. I was happy with the quality of the solar panels as well as the inverter. Tracey from the office had to organise the grid connections because of our internet difficulties. The system is regularly generating more electricity than I need on a daily basis. Thank you Go Green for an Awesome service and customer experience.

Professional, good service from quote to post installation.

Robert O’Bree is a true professional local businessman. No gimmicks just honest, factual and considerate of my needs. He assured me that he would be available should post installation service be required.
He worked with me to ensure I was happy with the product and how it was to be installed.
Robert managed everything including connection into the power grid.
Installation was efficient and professional. Post installation service for minor problem was prompt and completed without fuss.
I was delighted to receive an email from Tracey at admin advising of the procedure to manage the solar system during cyclone Jasper.

Quality installation service

The quotation and sale process was honest and factual . There was no hidden cost . All costs were quoted upfront.
Installation was smooth and they even offered to remove the unwanted antennae on the roof.
Post installation care has been excellent & done just by emailing .
We had a tiny leak on the roof due to loosen screws and Go Green came down to investigate just to make sure that it was not from the solar panels. And all these extra service was done without charging us.
During the cyclone period. Instruction was emailed to teach us how to shut down the solar systems during the extreme weather and how to re- instate later. We were very apprehensive but Go Green staff was assuring & replying to email promptly with our query .

It is the customer service, thoughtfulness & promptness that Go Green excels that make my experience with Solar panel journey a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Go Green to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.

fair price and excellent service and installation

everything was excellent from quote to switching on the completed set up
we have paid only 2 bills of around $25 /month for power since it was completed 2 years back
currently well in credit on the account
even got a email when a cyclone was in the area stating how to shut down and then restart system if the power is lost
just in case we did not remember how to do so [we lost power 2 days later]
