Make sure that your system is working properly before paying them....
I contracted Go Solar Go Green to install my solar panel system at my home. The installer that came to my house installed everything in a single day and the system was supposed to be fully operative. This wasn't the case. I thought that the system was producing energy until but the inverter wasn't sending any data to the app in my iPad. When I called the inverter company (SMA) to ask them about the lights that were on in the inverter they said that the inverter had been set to international settings, and it should be to the Australian, hence there was no energy output.I do have to say that Raj who I have been dealing with he is very responsive, but the installer that they used is not very customer service focused....
I'd say ensure that the system if fully operative, that the inverter is sending data and information straight from the beginning and... don't pay them until this is to your 120% satisfaction.

Great Communication
Great communication and understanding of the difficulties on this site and the recommendations for different panels and inverter is the best suit our situation.8 months later we asked James: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
This system has performed above our expectations, and reduced our power bill by 90%29 September 2020

Fantastic company
It was an easy process with Paul as he explained everything in depth. He answered all our questions nicely.Explained what will happen during installation and afterwards.
He bought box of sweets for the workers as he checked on them to see everything was going smoothly. We also got a box of sweets.
The installation guys were on time and was careful on our roof and also sealed any tiles that was lose. Cleaned up nicely too.
We were showen how everything is work and what to do when something goes wrong. Also the support team has helped me to understand the information on the app.
We highly recommend Paul and Go Green Home Solar company to anyone looking to install Solar as this was the best investment for our family. Paul is kind professional and knowledgeable friendly person.
We have had our 10.5KW Solar system installed five months now and we haven't had any issues or problems. The best outcome from this is we haven't paid one single electricity bill and we are in credit of $1700 +
