Highly recommended
We had three quotes - GoRun Solar were comprehensive and gave balanced advice and quote. In particular they cared about safety of installation as we have a steep roof, so sent installers out to confirm what was required for protection. Installer helpful, professional and gave clear instructions before leaving. Overall follow up support from GoRun Solar excellent. App great to track usage, feed in and savings.Panel rating: 5/5

Wonderful solar company to deal with
I had a new 6.64KW solar system (415W Longi panels + Fronius Primo Gen24 inverter) installed a few weeks back by Go Run Solar. And I'm extremely happy with the services provided by Go Run Solar: from meeting the sales reps, to getting a quote, and getting the system up and running.Sales reps: David and Jay dropped by my place to explain the options available to me. They're both very friendly and knowledgeable about solar systems and the industry. They're honest and open with me, and provided good, solid advice on which system (panels + inverter) to choose from. They also spent a fair bit of time answering my questions, and also helped me with a couple of electrical related issues. I really appreciate both of them for their time and effort.
Price: I've received several quotes before approaching Go Run Solar. After comparing the quotes, and also looking at the panels and inverter that they're offering, I believe what they offered was the among the best.
Installation: I was able to get the system installed about a week after accepting the quote. Installation was done by the company's subcontractors, and they were friendly and professional. Everything was completed satisfactorily within a day. There were a few electrical issues encountered during installation which required some extra time to address. They stayed on and addressed the issues and made sure system was up and running before leaving.
My system has been up and running for about 5 weeks now without any issues, and it was able to generate on average about 27-28kWh a day so far.
Overall, the whole process was smooth and stress free. I'm very happy with the sales team, the price and also the installation. I would highly recommend Go Run Solar to anyone who's interested in getting a solar system.

Definitely recommend these Guys
Got many quotes no one came to site reason to choose Go Run solar as they came to site discussed my preference and guided me in the direction of quality and value I have gone with Longi panels with Fronius Gen24 which gives me option to add battery later. Would not recommend
The process was difficult to say the least, contract was for 6.6kw system ended up with a 5.9kw system due to the company wanting to add an additional $700.00 fee for the repositioning of the TV aerial and additional brackets that was not stated in the original signed contract. The solar was supposed to be installed in early August, It was finally installed in September. From start to finish there was nothing but issues.15 September 2022

By far the best!
GoRun were by far the best sales/technical advice experience had!. I gathered quotes and sought advice from K2BG, Yuma, MCElectrical, Positronic and GreenSolar but GoRun stood out by far.My selection criteria were: price Vs quality Vs experience Vs warranties Vs technical knowledge Vs previous customer satisfaction and GoRun aces them all.
There is no question too hard for these guys. I researched everything they said and it all came up trumps. Michael is a wealth of knowledge and if there is something he doesn’t know (rarely), he will find out the facts and revert immediately (not leave you waiting days unlike others I experienced). Their price was the lowest of all quotes but their products are top notch. How?.... my guess is these guys have big money behind them so they can do big deals with suppliers. They also guarantee their quoted STC rate on their quotes... so no extra out of pocket at the time of paying the bill.
The installation was smooth, clean and done inside 5 hours... including a complete meter board upgrade. On site was a qualified roofer and certified electrician who installed a 6.6kw system with sungrow 5k premium and 18 x 370w Longhi panels.
They even relocated a Foxtel antenna for me to reduce shading on the panels.
If you haven’t got a quote from these guys yet, don’t commit until you do is my advice.

Customer Service and value of money
The entire experience with Go Run Solar was efficient and pleasant. Good customer service, good installation, and good price. Jay was very helpful in helping me decide which was the best system to install and Hazel did a great job in organizing the install quickly and efficiently. The installers were great and had the whole job completed in 5 hours. They even took the time to check for any broken tiles while they were on the roof. just 2 days later, installer rang. They are 30mins away.
Installer turned up and installed the additional solar panel to the existing ones.

Awesome company, prompt service.
Well, where to start. This has been the best service I have had in a very long time. A friend recommended that I contact Jay to get a quote and it was the best move ever. Jay the salesperson is absolutely amazing, very thorough and very knowledgeable and made my job of choosing a solar system and solar company very easy. One week after accepting Jays quote, my new system was installed by a awesome install team and is running perfectly. Amazing service through and through. From the start, the guys will come to your house physically to draft how the panels will fit on your roof. Good value for money and excellent customer service
We were after a replacement rooftop system - and the sales and quoting process was excellent. Pleasant sales guy came to site, actually took the time to check things out properly and what we required. Cost effective quote. Installation was well communicated, punctual, and I was impressed with the care they took. Nice and tidy job.Customer service has been good. Excellent advice, competitive price, prompt installation
Recommended by colleagues, compared very favourably with the majors. Didn't try to up-sell to something we didn't need. Install prompt, professional, mostly tidy. After years of putting it off, we finally got solar!
We have long wanted to reduce our carbon emissions and embrace solar, but the industry just seemed so full of shonky companies and deals that sound too good to be true. That we just never felt confident moving beyond the early research phase. But having heard great things from our neighbour who had a system installed by Go Run Solar 4yrs ago we decided to see the process through. I personally met with 3 companies who all had great reviews on Solar Quotes and came highly recommended by family and friends. The first company (a local electrician who does solar installs) came in at $6,333 for 6.6kW. The second company (a large energy retailer) came in at $5,220 for 6.6kW. Go Run Solar came in at $4,300 for 6.6kW including upgrade to black rails and clips. All companies quoted on Fronius Inverter and Jinko Panels (or equal).Go Run Solar impressed me with their depth of knowledge and their informed and balanced answers to my many questions. They offered real world advice that went beyond just the install and included great tips on how to get the best out of our system moving forward. The install had to be rescheduled due to a week of heavy rain and I was kept informed the entire time. The customer service from quote to completion has been first class. They even called me the day following install to check my house and yard was left clean and tidy and to see if I had any questions. Absolutely exceptional!
We were very happy with the process and would highly recommend you chat with Michael at Go Run Solar if you’re considering solar, or even if you just have a few questions. A great company to deal with. I feel so very relieved!

Obviously Solar Energy isn't cheap, but even after a short time, it is starting to pay for itself. They offer good prices and it will pay for itself. Professionals - Great Price and an Exceptional Service
Finally got my old panels replaced by professional installers from Go Run Solar. Fabulous and hassle-free service from start to end. Jay, Michael and the team were extremely helpful and professional to the core.Work completed -> The installation team upgraded the switchboard and installed panels (two-storey) on a hot and humid day. Pictures of the installation work were handed over.

Excellent service, quick response
Communication with the team was quick and to the point. The installation went very smoothly and completed in around 3 hrs. Setting up the Fronius Primo system was a bit confusing, but one call to the team and the app was up and running in no time. Grid connection was arranged by them and completed within the timeframe. The output has been excellent and less than 2 weeks later, I can already see savings.There have been no issues at all until now.

Top Product backed by an exemplary team.
Big Shout out to GoRun Solar.I had my system installed 2 years ago and the installer from the Sunshine coast, I shan't name them that wouldn't be "Smart") Anyway they installed a 6.6kw 3 phase Fronius System. The WIFI was never set up by the installer. Despite several requests to return and set up the wifi and smart meter they sold me (which I probably didn't really need given
the size of the system) I was to be continuously let down and eventually gave up.
Skip forward two years and I was in the market again for my daughter who had recently moved into her new home and wanted Solar. Being dad I was asked to check out the market. I was drawn to the first rate reviews of GoRun Solar and met face to face with Ray. A charming gentleman who explained everything they offered in layman terms. The systems they offer are top spec and extremely competitive.
They fitted my daughters system very quickly indeed. Just over two weeks. The process was smooth and the installers polite and tidy. My daughters meter box was dated and required additional work for it to be compatible for installation. Jay kindly rectified this at no extra cost although it was at extra expense to the company.
In addition to my daughters excellent experience, I happen to mention to Jay my own issue with our installer and the lack of monitoring by Wi-Fi. which they failed to set up. Jay organized his colleague Michael, another charming helpful chap to come to our home and take the time to set up what another company failed to do. How's that for service!
Fitting a system that may on occasion require some attention is not good when the after sales service is shoddy. And can cause angst and lost time and frustration. Therefore do yourselves a favour and give these guys your business. You wont be disappointed. Thanks guys, top work. Keep it up.

Got solar panels installed through this company and was very impressed with them.
