Greensure Solar
The quotation process was quite efficient and the sales person very helpful but once we accepted the quote all went quiet for a while.We were eventually given an install date but this was rescheduled twice at short notice.
The installation itself is neat and tidy but as yet incomplete as the installer did not have the monitoring smart meter with him.
My only complaint would be that they failed to clean up on the roof after the installation.

Stress free process
We found the process easy and efficient as everything was explained and the schedule was on time.Installation guys were punctual and polite. Explained everything perfectly.
Customer service is amazing as he's very friendly and helpful.

Look No Further
Look No Further, my wife and I spoke with and had meetings with over half a dozen solar installers and found Greensure to be the best value, customer experience and honest. It's not always the big guys you can trust as their costs for the same products was double and they were very pushy. Ash was fantastic, honest and explained everything so we could easily understand.Thank you Team we couldn't be any happier.

Quick and easy installation
Jeet was great during the sales process, answering any questions I had and creating a quote based on my specific needs. The installation was incredibly easy, I barely noticed it was happening until it was done. Would definitely recommend Greensure for anyone thinking of going solar18 July 2023
Solar installation
Generally a very positive experience throughout after a previous poor experience with another provider. Jeet was extremely helpful and professional throughout. The installation proceeded seamlessly. Very happy to recommend them to other prospective buyers.21 November 2022
Still not installed. Poor customer Service.
I accepted a quote from Greensure Solar, then without any advise a sub contractor arrived at my house to do some work in preparation for the three phase change over, at this time they also removed the Tariff system for my hot water. They then removed my current solar panels from the roof. It has been 6 months since I accepted the quote and 4 months since they removed my previous system, I am still waiting for the 3 phase upgrade to be completed and the solar system to be installed. Currently they are not answer phone or responding to email messages when I try to ascertain what is going on. During this wait time, I did receive an email from Greensure requesting me to provide a date for the solar installation. I advised I would like to provide one, however the 3 phase upgrade has still not been completed. This appeared to be a surprise to Greensure as they did not know this. They seem to sub contract out all jobs and it appears that they do not follow up on this. They have offered currently a total of $500 compensation due to the extensive delays and issues during this process, however, I do not think that I will ever see this compensation or any completed work ie 3 phase upgrade or solar panels from this company.Inverter rating: 1/5

Hi Tony,I can understand where you are coming from. We always answered all your correspondences as efficiently as we could and we might have missed a couple of them due to a technical or human error, and we truly apologise for that. James had applied for dispensation after Energex left a defect notice but he attempted to fix it but when he came to know that Energex wanted to change the point of attachment there was nowhere he could move that point of attachment, so he applied for dispensation after consulting with a couple of people, like Master Electrician. Energex then took a while to get back to us for the same. Tony Energex procedures are out of our control, and we cannot do anything about it except wait.
At the end of the day, we have provided you a better solution and everything was sorted, and for us that is the main thing. Tony, at Greensure our aim is to provide best quality products and service to our customers. We are truly concerned about your earlier experience and since the issue had been resolved, we would be grateful if you could please edit this review which affects our reputation and credibility.

Easy
The solar company met all our requirements.They came when they said for appointments, and installation, and all individuals were pleasant and happy, and worked efficiently.
They listened to our needs and expectations.
It all happened within the time frames given.
They attended to all the necessary paperwork with our energy supplier and other entities.
8 months later we asked Jim: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
One year on and working great.Have not paid an electricity bill since installation.
Last month return down a bit due to very unseasonable weather in SE Queensland.

Quick, Efficient, Competent and Friendly
Excellent experience from the initial quote through to installation. Greensure solar answered all my questions which made my decision to choose Greensure solar easy. Communication through the whole process is good as well as post installation follow up. The system has been operational for over three months and its permanent has exceed my expectation.Highly recommend Greensure Solar for the excellent service. And also to shout out for the installers who made a great effort hiding cables, work under terribly hot conditions and did an amazing job throughout! Thanks Greensure Solar team.

Great customer service
Greensure customer service goes above and beyond. Ash came to our house and answered all our questions and concerns. Got a better price with someone else which they quickly matched. Currently awaiting installation due to rain but can't wait to start our greener future.09 March 2021
5 star service
Ash and Jeet are the people we are dealing with and I have not receive service like this before. Your not just a customer to them. We had problems with our inverter and the team that day organised a replacement and gave us a holiday voucher for our solar being off the grid.If you are looking for solar give greensure a call.

Simple from start to finish
From initial quote to final installation all questions I could of asked were answered promptly, installation was on time and very quick.Ash and the team at Greensure exceeded my expectations and were a pleasure to deal with.

Satisfied Customer
The salesman was genuine, respectful and patient. He encouraged me to call anytime with questions. He answered politely and in an unhurried manner. He advised me on a course of action that saved unecessary expense. I would highly recommend himThe installers were very efficient, helpful and polite. They even helped with an unrelated maintenance issue.
I would highly recommend them for their knowledge and skill and respectful manner. They cleaned up after as well

Greensure is the best
Few hours pro installation, make the job easy, super quality,highly recommended.I run power to cool down in summer and warm in winter. No worry electric bill at all.
