Problem free installation

Solar panels look awesome, we just got switched over today so I am looking forward to tracking how much energy we produce as we move forward.

Best value solar package and great installation
After spending several weeks learning about solar (thankyou Solar Quotes), investigating what I needed, and comparing multiple quotes, it became obvious that Hybrid Solar Solutions offered the best value solar package. They offered several different options in size/panel/inverter vs cost to allowed me to tailor the system that I wanted. Better still they were able to arrange to replace my leaking solar hot water system with an electric one so I could maximise my panel footprint and heat my water via the PV array (trying to future proof my system to allow a battery and/or electric vehicle in the future). Most plumbers didn't want to quote for that part of the job so much so the price Hybrid Solar Solutions quoted for this aspect (and the array) was significantly less than every other quote received and saved me considerable money. The plumbers, electricians, and installers were all great and did a very good job including consulting me before making decisions to ensure I was happy and understood the design. The output the system has produced over the first 4 weeks is above expectations and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Hybrid Solar Solutions for anyone thinking of getting solar power.Panel rating: 5/5

Easy to deal with, excellent service and quality installation.
Harry from Hybrid Solar Solutions was a pleasure to deal with. He put forward a number of good options and advised what would be the best size system for both now and the future. The installation team did a great job and the quality of the install appears to be very high. I’m very happy with the amount of power it is producing and look forward to Ergon sending me a very small bill (maybe even a credit!) for years to come.Panel rating: 4/5

Great Customer Service and Installation Process
Harry from Hybrid Solar was excellent - he provided good advice and pricing for various choices and was very quick to respond to any questions and provide detailed explanations. Although I got a quote on a similar quality system and slightly lower price from another company (Keen 2Be Green) which I would also have been happy with, the customer service from Harry was the best and therefore the deciding factor. The communication from quote to installation was great. The installation went smoothly and the installers (subcontractor - Volt Drop Electrical ) were mainly young guys but clearly knew what they were doing, and I would be happy to use them again for other electrical work. Installers were friendly and cleaned up well at the end of the job. Hybrid Solar submitted the paperwork for the grid connection the day after my installation, so everything has happened asap. I highly recommend Hybrid Solar based on my experience so far. There has been a couple of issues with the inverter stopping in the 3 weeks since my solar system was installed but Hybrid Solar has dealt with Sungrow to get the issues ironed out and all is working fine at present. The customer service since I paid for the system has been just as great as when Hybrid Solar were trying to sell it to me, which is another positive aspect of the company. After a few initial glitches with the Sungrow inverter software, the entire solar system has met all my expectations. I'm happy I purchased the system I have. The cost of the system wasn't the cheapest (or most expensive) available at the time, but the supplier and installation process was excellent and I believe the system was good value. And its actual monthly output is showing slightly above the predicted value on the Solar Analytics app (separate item I purchased) so I'm pretty sure I'm getting the energy I should expect from the system.
