Professional and friendly
Rory from Lite Force was the least "salesman" of the quotes we received, he provided well explained options with facts at a good price and answered all our many questions very well. The instillation was done carefully and professionally, very tidy and cleaned up afterwards. Travelled at least 2-2.5 hours to get to us as well. All the paperwork was taken care of before during and after install, we only had to sign things, and Rory showed us how to use all the features and apps and graphs and such from the inverter. He knew the neighbourhood had a lot of solar panels and made sure to carefully explain what that meant for our solar generation, future plans for batteries etc. Highly recommended.Panel rating: 5/5

From the initial enquiry less than 2 weeks to have the system installed and operational.

Michael is reliable did what he promised, did a quality job, does not employ staff so he is able to keep his price low with out compromising on the job done.
I have seen 3 installations by this installer. totally recommended for value and quality...

Our chosen Supplier quoted a system that was superior in both capacity and quality of components to those quoted by Solarquotes suggested companies. Whilst the installer did not use tools to ensure best avoidance of shading I was able to assist by performing my own assessments.
Based on the suggested panel locations of the big players, I'm not convinced the Nearmap tool that they use provides sufficient information to provide a good understanding of shading patterns. The overheads of the big players disproportionately affects the prices of their systems in my opinion.

Great Quality & Great Price
Michael was very helpful during the initial call, he transparently cited prices of different products and explained different facets of Solar in a non-salesman way.He offered me the cheapest quote I was able to get on reliable products. It was also helpful that the person I spoke to on the phone was the same as the person installing it so there was no room for any miscommunication which seemed to be a risk with bigger companies.
The installation was quick and simple, Michael worked with me to ensure that I got an installation that worked around the specific details of my home (e.g. placing the panels around the air con unit on the roof so that no sunlight-time was lost). He explained the grid connection process and provided me with all necessary details after installation + answered questions I had after the installation.
I would definitely recommend Michael and Littlehampton Electrical to everyone!
