NRRE - or Northern Rivers Renewable Energy - can be found just outside of Grafton, New South Wales. The company uses solar power components provided by big name manufacturers such as SMA, Suntech and Trinasolar.

Grid-connected and standalone solar power systems are available from the firm - customers benefit from the expertise of an accredited designer when choosing the design of their installation.

NRRE also claims to offer excellent customer service, as people are given all the assistance they need to reduce their power bills. The company has also been recognised through an award from the Clean Energy Council.

He was the only person to attend our residence, and the only one to give a fully itemised and costed quote.
He used the best components in his quote, so it was not the cheapest but we felt very comfortable with his knowledge and service.

It is very annoying to receive a constant bombardment of offers from the "Supermarket style" solar companies. I highly value honesty and service. But above all both my husband and myself value politeness. We are prepared to pay more to ensure we receive the best services.

26 months later we asked Garry: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Dissappointed about what it cost me to how much the electricity its producing. No way will I get my money back before the 60cent tariff runs out

Most helpful in all stages. Installed without fuss and did not seek payment until all paperwork was completed and approved by the authorities and the system tirned on.

A little more communication from sales staff would have helped as we are out of town and contact was through email and phone, installation guy was more helpful especially for our tenant.

The whole job, including connection to the grid and approval was completed in one day. A qualified solar electrician was with the men. All paperwork was done for us. The personnel were most obliging, helpful and efficient. We would recommend this company happily.
Questions about the quality are difficult to answer, but we believe we have had the best installed.
