Thank goodness for PSW. After 2 months of disappointments from other Solar companies who just didn't want to know us when we needed to upgrade our consumer line to enable our 6.5kW system - "come back when its all ready to have your solar installed" they just said. PSW just took the bull by the horns and ran with it - making the necessary contacts with Western Power and co-ordinated them to come out in conjunction with our PV install. The install team were so pleasant and more to the point efficient - nothing was too hard for them. Penny-Lee your professionalism and efficiency was exemplary in all the organising with Western Power - even calling me up at 8pm at night to keep me informed of progress - thanks so much. Derek your guidance in the type of system perfect for us was much appreciated. All this and with a great price too. Hats off to you all at PSW - keep up the good work. We now watch our smart metre via our portal just pumping out the power.

Really appreciated your website, Finn. Very helpful indeed. We got badly burned with the installer who did our original 14 panel system - we had failures just 14 months in and that company was such a nightmare to deal with over the warranty we will never use them again! We preferred to write off the warranties when our system failed again in January (less then 4 years since the original install) and paid to have it all redone properly (we hope!)! We loved the experience of using you to get quotes this time and hopefully we now have a reliable working system. Thanks heaps - we've learned a lot along the way. We were really impressed with the company we chose - really very good to deal with.8 months later we asked This person: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

We spoke to Quinten a number of times at our home along with a number of other highly rated installers when seeking quoets. We liked that he is both an electrician and an accredited installer and system designer, which meant that he knew more than any of the sales people we spoke to about designing and quoting the best system for us which really came through in the quote. He was very honest and didn't try to oversell us like some others - he suggested a number of ways we could consider bringing the cost down, including the options for different panels, inverters and installation. We went with a top of the range system in the end with Sunpower panels and a Fronius inverter. The install was very professional, with very neat presentation in the locations we requested, and they left our place completely clean and tidy. I'd much rather deal directly with a great installer like Quinten than go to a bigger company that just ends up engaging a contractor (like Quinten) to do the work, not only because I cut out the middleman and save a lot but because I am dealing directly with the expert who will do the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Quinten is a very knowledgeable, professional electrician / solar person that I would recommend. His attention to detail, site planing, punctuality and cleaning up his job site was excellent. My install required a Pre-wire due to the new roof being fitted that would limited accesses which Quinten accommodated and worked in with myself and my builder.
As a sales manager for the last 33 years it is good to see younger people like Quinten with a go getter attitude, great work ethics and knows the difference from personal contact and follow up rather than the email quote and hope.

We decided to go with Quinten - apart from him seeming like a real genuine guy I think it helps when 'the man who owns the store runs the store' he wasn't a salesman so to speak he was knowledgable about the product and service that he was providing - that was the decider for us. I know 'Salesman' know all the products but when they're not the actual installer or qualified tradie they can only go off what they're told.
Quinten is due to install next week so can't comment on the finished product as yet but I'm confident he was the correct choice.

8 of my siblings have non-micro-inverter systems but I really like the fact that there is no noisy big box outside the house. The only thing visible inside the house next to out breaker box is a small white control panel.
We had wifi issues within the first couple of days but it turned out to be the wifi systems. Nevertheless the installer still got back to us within the hour to sort it out and then followed it up with an email a day later to make sure all was OK.
