PSW. Very professional team. Highly recommended.

After lots of reading reviews of many providers, I chose to contact PSW to see what they could provide.
I arrived at their showroom and spoke to Russell, who was very helpful and showed the options of panel and inverter and gave me a recommendation. He also showed a computer view of the panels on the roof.
From there it was as simple as accepting the written quote and signing the contract. PSW provided me with a time slot for install. I only had to wait 5 weeks from visiting the showroom to install day.
The install team were punctual and polite and did a terrific job installing cleanly and carefully. They provided an explanation of works being done, and at the end showed how the device worked and configured the WiFi app. The whole install only took 5 hours.
The PSW team at the office were always in touch to ensure I had all the paperwork, warranties, and instruction sheets as required and arranged with the electricity provider for cutover to a smart meter and connection to the grid.
I’ve had the install in place for 5 months now, and there have been no issues and all has worked exactly as hoped.
I cannot praise the whole PSW team enough on the whole solar buying process and highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality equipment and very professional service.

PSW Did not dissappoint!

PSW's online quoting process and the e-quote were both simple to follow and understand. There was an option to upgrade to other systems and this was contemplated. However, after a visit to the showrooms and a conversation with the sales consultant, I stayed with their initial recommendation, which saved me $500.

On the day of the installation, the team were here bright and early. A couple of young guys who knew their stuff. They were both friendly and polite and didn't leave any mess behind. There was also no deviation from the original layout, which was cleverly designed to minimise being able to see the panels from the street. In addition, the guys step up the App on my phone and showed me how to monitor my consumption and schedule the use of my power to minimise buying back from the grid.

Support from the customer service team was also streamline. Lots of communications before the install and also assisted in a hassle free connection to the grid. Then after the install, followed up with sending through the an 'easy to digest' guide on how my system operates and the inverter operational manual. Support doesn't stop there, I can reach out at any time in the future, if I have any queries.

I'm loving my new solar system and I would recommend PSW.

Extremely Professional - High Quality Product

I was lucky enough to be put in contact with Russell who was incredibly helpful and prompt in answering all of my questions.
Once I was out in touch with Kate to organise installation it was sorted within a couple of easily addressed emails.

On the day of install the team at 7.15 (window was 7-9am) and were extremely professional and happy to explain what would be happening over the course of the day. They were friendly towards the dogs and considerate of our space. They left no mess and gave us clear instruction on the next steps.
Their communication with western power and synergy was seamless and all required systems were in place by the time installation was complete.

Following the installation I received seperate easily deciphered emails with my receipt, warranties, product manuals and troubleshooting guides.


I highly recommend using PSW if you want value for money, timeliness, cleanliness and a no fuss solar installation

Quick and easy isntall and use

The quoting process was easy and quick. The installation day was good, the techs were punctual, nice people and quick. I am past a few months after the installation and I have had no issues so far apart from maybe twice that I noticed the system was not online but it was due to a power outage and it came back quick.

Fast turn around great installer

I jumped on the solar quotes website early in February to do some research into getting solar.

After reading many pages on this site and watching solar quotes on YouTube, I decided on the system I wanted and contacted PSW for a quote.

They answered all the questions I had with ease, and the quote was finalised on February 6.

Installation was completed on March 11th, and so far, I cannot fault the system or service I have been provided.

I will use them again in the future for a battery installation, depending on how low synergy feed-in tariffs go.

Professional and friendly, EV Charger Installation

1. Cost for installing Tesla Charger was very reasonable.
2. The scheduled date was not ideal for me, but it was still reasonably early as compare to other options.
3. On phone staff was helping, and they changed payment methods on request.
4. On the day, 2 guys arrived on time and were quick to explain and get to work
5. They knew what needs to be done and were professionals.
6. Installed charger within 30-45 minutes, helped me with setting up Wi-Fi connection and then connection with Tesla app.
7. They were friendly.

Quick and Tidy Tesla Wall Connector Installation

I added a Tesla Wall Connector to my existing Solar system. Perth Solar Warehouse supplied and installed both. I can happily recommend PSW for the quality of their work: tidy installations that seemed to be efficiently done. A good thing when my dog reacts to any new noises or activities around the house.

PSW back office and installation teams were easy to deal with and the whole process went without any issues. Connecting the Tesla Wall Connector to my wifi network was a bit fiddly and PSW set up a guest network on my router that sorted things out for me.

Smooth process, great installtion team

Installation process was great, excellent team who were punctual, efficient and tidy. Pre installation was good, once I had paid a deposit, the online tracking of how things were going was reassuring and PSW did all the leg work for me. Although I had done my research, and asked questions through email, I think I would have preferred some more interactive responses in the email replies. I probably should have telephoned to talk through my questions, rather than relying on email for more reassurance. I had installed a Fronius inverter, which includes an app/online based monitoring portal. PSW created this account for me and are able to use it to help with any future problems, if I have any. Not the cheapest, but very recommended.

Battery installation

Easy, no hassle quoting process by email. Any questions were answered quickly and politely by email. Customer service from all I dealt with at the company was good. The installation guys did a good job and were tidy and polite, although they did not have the kit to do a ground installation of the battery as I had requested, so it had to be wall mounted, which actually worked out ok. Overall, I am happy with how everything went and would recommend PSW for people who don't like strong sales pressure.

Great support and easy to do business with.

I am a repeat customer. I had a battery installed by PSW that under warranty failed and the Manufacturer decided to decommission it. PSW were fantastic in support with the warranty and Manufacturer. PSW decommissioned the battery at the manufacturers request. This provided a new opportunity to purchase a bigger and better battery.

Top Notch Company

This is my second purchase from PSW.I decided to use PSW for my second Solar System following a brilliant buying experience the first time around.(+~ 2 years ago).I did thorough research of most of the Perth companies the first time around.These guys are professionals!!!

pricing for my system was very reasonable for the size. i had a 13.2kw system installed to my home where the choice in size of system was easy.

Great product. Great service.

This is the second time I have dealt with PSW. Sales/quoting process was very informative and easy. Installation was clean and tidy and the installers were on time, polite, assisting with the full set up of the app afterwards. Customer service was excellent as well as their aftercare service. Amazing customer service,

We had a 3 phase, 8kw system installed recently and we can't recommend PSW highly enough. The standard of workmanship and the professionalism of the crew (sorry boys, they did introduced themselves but we are terrible with names) was outstanding.
We were included in the whole process from sales to install. There was a small issue after they left which we were unaware of and the boys returned to fix the issue. We were extremely happy with the professionalism and workmanship of the installers. They made sure they left the site spotless.
The office staff were amazing as well. Their communication has been exceptional. No pushy sales either which we loved and was also one of the many reasons we went with PSW. Thanks Joshua and Mark. We were extremely happy with the price and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Perth Solar Warehouse were fantastic to deal with.

From initial contact, through quotation and contract nothing was too much trouble. As I have 3 phase power I needed a three phase inverter so I was given several options. Contract signed and date booked for 29/1, however on a cancellation this was bought forward to 17/1 and panels have now been in for a week. The installation was prompt and very neat and tidy, both the boys were very good at explaining everything, the power was off for much less time than I was expecting. Still waiting on Western Power to swap over the meter, however happy to be using the power saved during the day!

The Absolute Best!

There is no doubt this company is the best in the business in Perth. When researching my solar system, I wanted (a) a company that was trusted, reliable and had been around for some time and (b) a solid solar system that met my needs but for an affordable price.

Look no further than PSW Energy. The whole process was a delight. From Joshua who priced my system and recommended the best options, right through to the install led by Tyler with Brandon and Jacob who were absolutely amazing on the day. These guys know their stuff and are true assets to the company.

The operations support from Penny-Lee and Kate was great, with special mention to Sarah who went above and beyond to help me out. They also have “Life Support” for those times when things may go wrong in the future.

I went with the Goodwe EH+ inverter with LONGi Mo6 panels and am loving them. The whole system is excellent and I can not recommend PSW Energy highly enough. The Absolute Best!!.

Good quality, good price, satisfied customer

I installed a Battery system together with Solar panels and an inverter. Quoting process was simple enough.

Installation went well, installers turned up punctually and installed without any issues, keeping me informed as to when power would be out etc. Price of the system was good - wasn't the cheapest I received but the cheapest I did receive came from a company with multiple legal cases against them so I was happy to proceed with PSW who have an excellent reputation. Quotes during sales are particularly reasonable.

In terms of customer service, a couple of points, there were a few points for improvement:
1) Even after agreeing to proceed with the company, I continued to receive multiple marketing emails asking 'if I was still interested' which was quite frustrating - when I did respond back flagging I was already proceeding with a PSW install or with a query, I did not receive a response and/or continued to receive these marketing emails
2) Explanation could be better about how the elements of the system work including during the quote process and installation: grid connection (i.e Solar power is not metered by Synergy immediately), which circuits have been connected to back up power, will batteries still charge if there is a grid outage, how accurate is the app in terms of solar export/usage measurements (given there's a discrepancy to Synergy metered amounts) etc etc. Doesn't seem to be a realisation that for some customers, this is their first foray into solar and they could use some more guidance (even pros/cons from PSWs perspective on the different products they offer and what their customers experience has been like with the different products).

Highly Recommended

A 6.6kW system from Perth Solar Warehouse was ordered easily with their help selecting panels and inverter to match my needs (I went with 15 Longi 440W panels, a Goodwe hybrid inverter in case I add batteries and a Goodwe Homekit consumption monitor). I considered a Fronius inverter but went with Goodwe for perceived value in my case after review with PSW - hence the 4-star quality rating (to Fronius's 5-stars .. but at a price premium). The selection process across competing companies' offers was a challenge but I was comfortable with my choice in the end.

The installation process was quick (5.5 hours) and ended with a tidy result. There is no sign of cable runs or other impact on my two-storey townhouse.

Great customer experiences from the first call to final installation

I contacted PSW for a quote.
I received multiple options, with the differences explained.

PSW were unsure on the complexity of the instal (based on my house) so they sent technician's around to assure an accurate quote.

I received a follow up call, sent through a few details and received the quote.

There was a hiccup with panel supply, but PSW contacted me and provided a beneficial alternative.

The installers were on top, polite and got the job done.

PSW have provided post installation support in getting my meter reader updated.

Great end to end experience.

Awesome installer

I got a system put in with PSW Energy Perth Solar recently and I can't fault them. The sales team were very helpful and friendly and made the whole process very easy. The installation team were professional and demonstrated a high quality of work and my system was installed two weeks earlier than originally planned.

Overall a very smooth and efficient battery purchase and installation

The sales and quoation process was timely and transparent.

The installation process went very much our way.
Originally we had a 2 month waiting period, based on the Christamas period and battery avaialability and our own timeframe.
Then our timeframe changed and we enquired about an earlier instal and to our good fortune another booking was cancelled that day, allowing our install to be brought froward by a month.

The installers left the instal area as they found it, which seems to be a rare thing these days and the hand over was informative and well explained

All in all, a great service from PWS.

Now looking forward to the benifits of adding a battery to our solar power system.

Quality job professional electricians.

The price was great as they gave there own discount and the Tesla rebate as well.
The installation was seamless. Two electricians arrived on time got to work straight away and used the location for the battery where I wanted it, no problem. They advised me on roughly how long it would take and gave me notice when the power was going to be off. They also configured the wifi settings and did a software update on the Powerwall before connecting it to my Tesla account. Cleaned up all rubbish and took it with them something a lot of other trade services don't do.

PSW A structured, professional and reliable solar company with a dedicated and knowledgeable staff

This company is totally professional to deal with . From my initial contact with their sales division I was treated with utmost respect & professionally informed of several different options to meet our solar needs.
In previous times we have installed 2 different systems on 2 different properties, 1 company very small self operated & sufficient for our needs & the other company a total joke & so unprofessional. So dealing with Perth Solar Warehouse has been very refreshing to deal with a company that has structured steps & procedures for contracted customers.
The whole process has been faultless and their staff work in a structured manner to ensure the whole process runs smoothly.
The installation team did an excellent job & ensured we were aware of the system operation and procedures to follow if we had issues. They also did a tremendous job cleaning up our place on completion.
Staff interaction after installation has been thorough to ensue everything went smoothly, our guarantee & app / site log in was working etc.

Great service as usual

The wife and I installed a solar package in March 2016 provided by Perth Solar Warehouse. We chose the company due to its frank advice, professionalism and friendly staff. The savings that I have had over the nearly 8 yeas has paid for the system and provided the comfort of running the air condition in the summer months for free. When the old inverter started to drop out occasionally I contacted PSW and once again the professional staff came to the fore with advice and solutions.
I decided to replace the old inverter with a new one and as usual the job was done promptly, professionally and with no mess. The young bloke Alec who changed the inverter over was a good ambassador of the company, courteous and professional.

Great Service

Cheap, efficient and good quality

Sought multiple quotes before engaging PSW to install. Paid substantially lower than other estimates available for a top tier system

Solar has been installed for a week now. We are seeing good kWh gains from the system and it easily offset our bills.

A Great Experience

Not knowing much about solar they were excellent in explaining everything to us and were very professional. The price was great as well and less than expected. The customer service lady was excellent organising everything and was very polite & friendly, and very professional when ever we needed to know anything. The installation guys were on time and went very quickly and they worked well in a tidy and efficient manner. Connection to the grid was quick and easy and certainly have no issues in recommending them. Thank you all round. A job well done!

Great supplier

Sale / quote was ok , require more transparency on extra costs .
Installation was ok , the panel layout could of been more clustered reducing the ugly pvc pipe on the roof between panels.
Customer service was excellent, great job.

Why did we wait so long?

Spent far too long prevaricating and putting off our decision to get a solar system but we finally bit the bullet, chose Perth Solar Warehouse for a number of reasons and we couldn't be happier.

To begin with we were impressed with the friendly. helpful and accommodating staff we dealt with and the solar products were good quality and competitively priced. We also liked the fact that the installers work for the company (this can make a big difference). The final reason (and another important one) was all the great reviews we read.

Perth Solar Warehouse handled all the paperwork and communication regarding the grid installation with Synergy and Western Power and the installation happened on the nominated day. The install team were clean and efficient and even replaced a broken tile they found on the roof that they had nothing to do with. The system has been working without fault since the installation.

Many thanks to Russell, Kate, Penny Lee and Reece and the install team. The fact that I can remember the names of all the staff I dealt with should tell you all you need to know about this company. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Bye bye power bills.

Following a painless and educational sales process,a system was designed for my home and then installed over a 3 day period which included the removal of my old system. The installers were punctual, friendly and above all professional. The standard of their work and the clean up afterwards was impeccable. I was kept informed at all stages of the installation and my input was requested as appropriate.

I found PSW to be very good value for money; not the cheapest I found but a very long way from the most expensive; and the 3 phase inverter and Tesla battery have meant that I have not used any power from the grid on several 24 hour periods and very little on the days that i did.
