I advertised on Hi Pages & Select Connect Solar was one of the respondents. I found the person who called very personable & helpful compared to others.
Michelle gave exceptional service, she kept me informed through the whole process, while there were some delays, I appreciated the service!

I thought I was using a professional and reliable company, turned out to be a problem from the start. I paid a little more because I was told it would take 2-3 weeks and it ended up taking 12 weeks by the time new meter was installed. Once it was paid for it took another 8 weeks to finish. The contractors used were very good and helpful, the retailer was a joke. never again when batteries are installed I wont use these guys.

They kept in contact via email and phone during the whole process. Very efficient and friendly. Clearly explained the system. Used SMA inverter. Their installer, Andrew Hanna and his team, were amazing. - courteous, efficient, personable and handled a sudden downpour efficiently. Impressed from beginning to end.
