All round it went really smoothly. Installation happened very quickly and seems to be of a very good standard.

A few "teething problems" with the system, but have all been sorted out and very satisfied17 months later we asked Ron: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Fantastic, no bills in the last 15 months and a few refund checks as well to cover some other accounts.18 August 2012
Skypower have generally been good to deal with. However, it is taking a long time (in excess of a month) to get the inspection and paper work completed and returned to me so that I can discuss it with my power supplier. Until this is finalised I'm not prepared to rate their customer service anything above 'average', especially when I was told it would take a couple of weeks.

Had a visit from 'Tru-value solar" told us his families names --they're all local. The name of his brother's business( we're customers) & as I said to Michael-- if you do the wrong thing it'll reflect on your family. Gave us an installation date - got a phone call to apologize it would be day late.
Arrived 8:20am 3 gorgeous obliging, young men who obviously knew what they were doing. Told us that 1 was a licensed electrician & 2 apprentices. They also have a licensed electrical business & will be using them for any future needs.
