We would happily recommend Solar Energy Environment to anyone considering installing Solar. Kylie Harvey was professional, friendly, and happily answered any questions we had regarding the installation etc. Kylie found us the cheapest provider, and arranged the transfer for us. Her team were also professional and installed the panels etc in a short time. We were extremely happy when we received our first and lowest electricity account. Very happy customers.

A great experience from start to finish, we received the quote quickly and were extremely happy with the final figure. Once we'd given the go ahead, the work got underway very quickly, the installation team were very professional and worked tirelessly in the heat to complete the installation.

After consideration regarding upgrading the existing system after the inverter broke down and the fact that our existing energy provider upped our feed in tariff ( we have the 44c plus our new price after negotiations) it made sense to stay with our current new deal at a high feed in tariff than to lose the 44c and also pay out for a bigger inverter and more panels

Extensive research undertaken before choosing Solar Energy to fit system. What I did not like while undertaking that research, was the number of salespersons who HAD that bargain, at an UNBEATABLE PRICE, that you HAD to buy - NOW. The Solar Energy staff were efficient, cordial and provided the information we needed to make an informed decision. They must be popular, as there was sometime lag between placing the order and installation a fact that they did indicate prior to ordering the system. The installers were efficient, curtious and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the experience and can recommend them.

Installation of 9 solar panels
Sales person was very informative, polite, and reliable in what he said he did.Very quickly installed, the installers worked as a team. Did not leave a mess. I was told later, some weeks later, by WorkSave that a notice should have been placed inside the electric box. This has not occurred.
Customer service has been very good. All queries/questions were promptly answered.
