amazingly helpful and explained everything
Quick and efficient! I found the whole process with Aladin Radwan from Sungroup Energy so easy to understand he explained the math and how my savings would work and blew me away with his knowledge but also how friendly he was Everything made sense and the process was quick with no problems what so ever! i don't know why i hadn't done this years ago the installation happened 3 days later and the unit produces double my daily usage even in winter I'm very happy and would recommend this to everyone27 March 2023
Quick and efficient!
I found the whole process with Aladin Radwan from Sungroup Energy so easy to understand and comforting to know that I'll get the best system for my house. Great installation
I just had a 6.64 kW solar system installed from Sun Group Sydney. The service was great and the installation was done to a high standard and in a timely manner. The team supported me throughout the installation process and also answered any questions I had (which were many!). I would recommend them for other peoples installations.John W.

Fantastic Installer
John Bartzis was absolutley fantastic nothing was too much trouble he was very helpful and plus the fact he is a Carlton supporter What more can I say would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone and as for Andy and his installation team they were unreal when they left you wouldnt even know that they had been here everything was cleaned up and a totally professional team many thanks to all of of you wish you all the very best for Christmas and the New YearRegards Graeme

Efficient, prompt service with helpful follow-up.
We found John Bartzis to be pleasant, punctual and patient. He explained the process of solar installation in terms that we (non-technically-minded oldies!) could understand and was happy to answer all our questions, both at the time of his visit and afterwards. The actual installation of the panels was straightforward and hassle-free and we can now look forward to lower electricity bills.28 December 2021
Efficient and friendly.
The team installed the system in a timely manner and were polite. Leigh kept my up to date with the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. She was kind and friendly. They helped me with the grid connection too.
