We help customers Australia-wide, including regional areas such as Cootamundra and Wagga Wagga.

We use only CEC-accredited and Enphase -preferred installers, local to your area to ensure accountability, quality of install and after-sales service. We have a working relationship with each member of our team from suppliers and manufacturers through to our contractors and installers—ensuring only the best are working with you and your home or business.

Customer focused business

Darren from Transparentsolarsolutions was polite and punctual. He listened to our requirements and offered us his advice based on experience. The recommendation was for a split system of 11 panels (4.84kw) with 11 micro inverters. Six panels are facing north and five west. The installer was Michael Rosler who also proved to be punctual and customer focused. The installation is of very high quality and the system performs better than I imagined from my research.

Darren arranged everything for us. All we had to do was advise of our availability.

Great enthusiastic team, professional installers and great product!

Darren and the team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish.

Rapid on quotes and willing to be flexible, incredibly prompt and installation was rapid and professional. They also followed up afterwards to ensure everything was satisfactory!

So far so good

The pricing for our solar was competitive and the whole system was explained to us clearly at a level we could understand. The installation was done on the due date with no issues. The installers were polite and professional. The grid connection was organised by Transparent solar and Darren ( salesperson) also helped us organise a suitable plan with our energy supplier. I would recommend Transparent solar solutions to anyone interested in using solar power in their home as I also believe the products they sell are of good quality. Original ratings

Darren was prompt to contact me and carry out a site visit, his input into choosing a system was honest and helpful. The installation by Todd and his team was very professional and on time. I would happily recommend Transparent Solar Solutions to others.

Very happy with the service and information supplied by Transparent Solar Solutions.
The sales person visited the site promptly and discussed options.
The installation was carried out by Todd Basham Electrical from Young who installed the system with-in one week of accepting the quote. They were efficient, polite and had it working the same afternoon.
All the paper work etc for rebate and meter change were organised by Transparent Solar Solutions.
Thus far the meter has not been changed but this has been the fault of the energy provider not Transparent Solar nor Todd Basham Electrical.
